The Development Director is responsible for creating and implementing a development plan for major gifts, foundation, corporate and individual fundraising. The right candidate for this position will have experience securing major gifts, developing and maintaining donor relationships and overseeing major fundraising events. The ideal candidate will be someone who rolls up his/her sleeve and is directly responsible for fundraising, not simply creating development plans. Must be willing to make the ask and be a closer.
